Jonathan’s role as Licensee and Business Owner at Listed Estate Agents is diverse and rewarding. Having worked in real estate for more than a quarter of a century! Jonathan is happiest face to face with customers, offering advice, based on years of experience. This often leads to relationships spanning several years. Jonathan considers himself extremely lucky to be listing and selling property across the northern suburbs especially in and around the community he lives – Mullaloo and Kallaroo. Jonathan has built his reputation swiftly to become the #1 agent in Kallaroo (ratemyagent) – based on the number of sales and customer reviews.

Paula is Head of Property Management at Listed Real Estate which she owns with husband, Jonathan — Director/Licensee.
One of the values that underpins their business is to provide top quality customer service for home buyers, property sellers and residential landlords in the Northern Suburbs and to deliver them the outcome they want for their property investments. To gain market share and develop sincere relationships within the community they live and work.
Being one of the business owners, Paula has a vested interest in ensuring clients receive a personable and communicative service. Daily, weekly, monthly tasks and processes are all quality controlled to make sure clients are not kept waiting or guessing as to the status of what they need.
Personnel and training is something that is a passion of Paula’s and investing in training and development for their team is a value that underpins Jonathan and Paula’s approach to staff leadership.

Alana started her career in Property Management in 2012 and has been working for Jonathan and Paula Alsford since August 2016.
Throughout her career with Jonathan and Paula, Alana has achieved two awards through Irevolution – an International consultation and training platform for the industry. Mountaineer of the Year 2018 in recognition of an individual who has set out goals for themselves individually within a business. Pinnacle Star of the Year 2021 for ongoing commitment and loyalty to the industry. In 2020/2021 Alana completed her Diploma of Property Services and was rewarded with her Triennial License.
Alana understands the importance of a trustworthy Portfolio Manager who is there to manage your property, work in the lessors’ best interests and make sure every part of the tenancy has been conducted correctly as per the Residential Tenancies Act.
Alana says “to succeed personally and professionally, you must set goals. I set myself a goal of studying towards my Diploma in Property Services and I got it!”
Vanessa’s real estate journey started in the late 1990s as a receptionist which led me to an opportunity to become a Property Manager. Vanessa has truly seen the industry from every single vantage point and is still committed to the job two decades later. This experience, as well as having been both a home owner and tenant herself, enables her to truly empathise with tenants and owners alike.
Vanessa says “In between work, I have been blessed with 3 beautiful girls which take up all my spare time which I love and adore. Property Management is my passion and I love my job”.
Olivia’s passion for real estate began in 2017 whilst taking a break from ED as a registered nurse, to raise two children. Whilst on this hiatus, she made the decision to change career and pursue the rollercoaster ride of Property Management. Upon achieving a Sales and Property Management registration, Olivia hit the ground running. Olivia brings the life experience of having been a tenant and owning her own home, providing a foundation of knowledge tailored to suit clients’ needs.

Receptionist/Property Manager Co-Ordinator
Sophie started her career in Real Estate with Jonathan and Paula Alsford in September 2020 as a Property Management Coordinator.
During this time Sophie has complete her Irevolution training and graduated with her purple flippers! Sophie has now gone on to assist in sales administration also and has a wide range of tasks she can conquer!
Sophie is currently undertaking a Sales Registration Course with a Cert iii in Business to gain more knowledge in the industry. When you stop by the office you will be sure to meet Sophie!
Sophie say: “My biggest achievement would be having my own house before the age of 21. My goal is to be the best help I can and to be able to help people find their home”.

Mirella initially started in the Real Estate industry in 1998 and over the years has worked in all roles within the real estate sales industry in Perth.
Mirella joined Jonathan Alsford in 2017 and brought along with her a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table. Mirella’s communicative and warm personality adds to her ability to support and advise clients at all times.

Gillian, who comes from an IT background assists Barney ‘behind the scenes’ to ensure that all the i’s are dotted and t’s crossed, when dealing with all listing and sales, ensuring a smooth and pleasant real estate transaction.
