How easy is it for us to change managing agents?
It’s no problem at all and we can assist within 5 business days once you have finalised arrangements with your current agent. We will take care of the paperwork, file and key collection and we will also let your tenants know where to pay their rent so you don’t miss out on a cent. We will make the process as seamless as possible, so please call us to discuss your next steps.
How much do you charge?
We are very cost effective in comparison to other agencies and we do not have a one size fits all approach. Call us to book in your appraisal and we will discuss a tailor made fee structure.
How are you different from all the others?
Our business owners provide a personal service guarantee that if you are not happy with our services, they will complete a thorough investigation and personally get back to you. The dedicated trust accountant is on hand to respond to any queries you may have about your statements but we also have a portal for you to access where you can find your information at the touch of a button!
I don’t want different people looking after my property!
Neither do we! You will have a designated Property Manager assigned to your property who will lease the property and manage the tenancy from beginning to end. Who better to do this? However, rest assured that all our team are provided with training that in the event your Property Manager is away, your property and tenancy will NOT be left unattended.

Alana started her career in Property Management in 2012 and has been working for Jonathan and Paula Alsford since August 2016.
Throughout her career with Jonathan and Paula, Alana has achieved two awards through Irevolution – an International consultation and training platform for the industry. Mountaineer of the Year 2018 in recognition of an individual who has set out goals for themselves individually within a business. Pinnacle Star of the Year 2021 for ongoing commitment and loyalty to the industry. In 2020/2021 Alana completed her Diploma of Property Services and was rewarded with her Triennial License.
Alana understands the importance of a trustworthy Portfolio Manager who is there to manage your property, work in the lessors’ best interests and make sure every part of the tenancy has been conducted correctly as per the Residential Tenancies Act.
Alana says “to succeed personally and professionally, you must set goals. I set myself a goal of studying towards my Diploma in Property Services and I got it!”

Olivia’s passion for real estate began in 2017 whilst taking a break from ED as a registered nurse, to raise two children. Whilst on this hiatus, she made the decision to change career and pursue the rollercoaster ride of Property Management. I can highly recommend Paula and her team. They are a team of professional property managers who have been managing my property with care like it was their own. If a maintenance issue does arise they are prompt to address it. Whenever I have a query they are always quick to respond and address as required.
